So all the rumours that only 5 went to Amsterdam was untrue and further on Analeigh made it! YEAH! Maybe she could win it! Maybe Tyra was hiding her away from photos so that when she wins it is unexpected! Anyway I thought as we are at this monumental time I would do a thorough blog.
Firstly lets talk about this week, Marjorie and Elina have really annoyed me recently - they are not going to get my vote anymore as I'm a BBC therefore I'm from a different culture in Britain but I don't go around being paranoid! Most Americans are European you know!!!!
Now I'll list the Top 6 in order of my favourites (not including their performance)
Analeigh
Sheena
McKey (If only we saw more of her!)
Samantha
Marjorie
Elina
Yep from probs 2 weeks ago where I said I liked most of them now I have a clear split of my favourite 3 and my disliked 3.
So the commercials! I was so happy when Analeigh's was great because it solidifies her current position and now she can truely say she is the one to beat (er hem three times at 2nd place and 1st this week for the past 4 weeks!!!!) Anyway I also thought Sheena did well and Samantha's was OK. Then we have the 4! I thought Joslyn was commendable but yes she was slightly over the top, Marjorie's could have been good but she was way too nervous, McKey's was plain old boring whilst Elina's was bad basically. If I was to eliminate one in terms of the commercial and past performances it would have been Marjorie but I understand the judges love her and therefore it had to be Joslyn beause she has just been sinking and sinking.
Well for my scorings Analeigh is way ahead of the pack, Elina having lost her reign now by 13 points when it was only 1 point 2 weeks ago. Whilst having taken out Joslyn the 2nd - 5th placed girl only 8 points seperate them with Marjorie way behind. It's interesting to see whether Analeigh will build on her lead, will Elina continue to drop and therefore who will ascend to No.2! Will it be Sheena, McKey or the outsider Samantha! Well All we know is that it won't be Marjorie! If Marjorie wants to get anywhere near the Top spot she will have to concidentally get the Top photo or minimal 2nd best from now on.
So now lets go even further into statistics! Firstly it's my scoring!
Elina
She started off so well, the first two top photos I gave were both to her (I gave a score for the portrait shot as well). Week 2 she plunged down to 6th but regained stamina and stayed at about 3rd or 4th for the next 3 weeks. However in Week 6 disaster struck and she was in the bottom two whilst this week she hit rock bottom - no longer is she a favourite of mine!
Analeigh
She started off strongly in the Top 5 for the first two shoots. In week 2 she managed to score a best shot throwing Elina off of her thrown, however Week 3 saw her plummet to the floor at 3rd worst. She managed to pick herself back up to mid table and yet again ascend to the Top in Week 6 with this weeks performance she gives herself a consecutive Top shot equalling the feat by Elina and Lauren Brie.
Marjorie
She began generally in mid table, sometimes reaching slightly lower, however it was her 5th shot that plunged her towards the bottom. It as not until her 7th Shot where she picked herself up into 3rd position, but this weeks bad performance caused her to drop back to mid table.
Samantha
She was very unstable at the start and as early as Week 3 she got her Bottom shot. She bounced back however with a second best shot but the following week plunged back to the bottom 4. Yet again she bounced back with a top shot but yet again she plunged back to mid table! This week placed her slightly above mid table at 3rd out of 7. Besides the dominance of Analeigh, Elina and Lauren Brie having taken top shots she is the only other contestant to have got a Top shot of the week.
McKey
She started off on the back foot with her portrait but then proceeded to jump the rankings. However after her 3rd shot she has been slighly unstable in the rankings. Her strength early on the show has only been pierced by her not receiving a best shot from me in any one week. This accumalating with her bad week this week has caused her to slide down the rankings.
I think next week Elina is most likely to leave next week because I doubt she'll get back into the judges good books. But next week should solidfy who is the favourite to win but I can say at the moment it seems like it's Sheena because Marjorie and Samantha are really unlikely to get the win whilst McKey and Analeigh don't have that personality that Tyra wants.

TVB Anniversary Awards
As I've finished MR I decided to update on my picks.
Best Actor
Top 5: Damian Lau, Ha Yu, Moses Chan, Raymond Lam, (Kevin Cheng)
Though everyone else did good it would only be the MR actors who would get my pick. I think it would be great if Raymond won and I do feel that he is in the Top 2. I however thought Moses acted better but for a character that had much less screen time I find it difficult to defend my pick on him so RAYMOND all the way.
Best Actress
Top 5: Linda Chung, Louise Li, Susanna Kwan, Michelle Yim, Sheren Tang
I loved Linda in AJCL but I don't think she should win the award. I'd choose any of the 3 MR actresses however this is how I see it. Susanna stood out in the start whilst Michelle stood out during the end of MR Louise on the other hand stayed consistently strong throughout.
Best Supporting Actor
Top 5: Derek Kwok, Wayne Lai, Paul Chun, Johnson Lee, Oscar Leung
I pick Johnson if it were for the role as Wayne Lai in TGCII was Ok but not totally memorable so I'd choose Johnson cause CMN deserves an award at least.
Best Supporting Actress
Top 5: Joyce Tang, Sharon Chan, Tavia Yeung, Fala Chen, Lee Heung Kam
This was the toughest to chose 5 from, I have to say I have a Top 7! But anyway from these 5 I would pick out Tavia and Lee Heung Kam.
Favourite Male Character
Top 5: Kenneth Ma, Bosco Wong, Derek Kwok, Raymond Lam, Ha Yu
Character wise I don't think any guy stood out this year to much but I'd chose between Raymond and Kenneth (cause I remember watching some of SLII and I loved the relationship between Kenneth and Ella - thought the acting was average!)
Favourite Female Character
Top 5: Myolie Wu, Christine Ng, Louise Li, Susanna Kwan, Fala Chen
I don't know. It would be Christine of Louise for me here i think as Christine deserves something. In my opinion I think they may give Susanna this award!
First time I saw this award - Most Fashionable Charming Artists - totally Random but let me pick my Top 5.
Raymond, Myolie, Moses, Bosco and Gigi. Bernice nearly got in but I chose these 5 instead.
TVB.com popular artist is also one I haven't heard about and what is the criteria for this award! I hope it's Raymond/Tavia or Myolie who gets this though - Myolie because she has very little chance of winning any other award.

Moonlight Resonance
Just finished watching Moonlight Resonance, in a way I kind of think HOG and MR have been as good as each other but then I think about how HOG still gives me a lasting impression whilst I doubt MR will leave me with such a strong aftertaste! In a way MR was good but lacked the punch that HOG had, not to say it's not a great series in fact I think I will say it's the best series this year, but I still like HOG more - to me MR seemed slightly rushed!
Now for character analysis!
Louise Lee - Personally this character was not as loveable as the one in HOG in my opinion, I still loved the character though. The acting was very good from Louise and in fact I find it much better than in HOG but in 5 years time I don't think it would b her character that would make me remember this series.
Susanna Kwan - You can't love her character in my opinion, yes she was caring for her family but she caused too much controversy for us to love her! However Susanna acted way better than in HOG, she had much more conviction in her acting and she portrayed different emotions well. If I were to choose the winner of best actress she will definitely not be out of the running.
Raymond Lam - Personally I saw a strong performance from Raymond but his character could have been exploited better. I think his character lacked the character that Dak Dak Dei gave us in HOG and if I had to chose between leads Dak Dak Dei would win, but Raymond will probably be one of the characters that I would remember the most in this series. I think his love story with Linda was rushed towards the end and generally I did find MR a bit rushed in the last few episodes.
Tavia Yeung - Loved her, her character was basically a connection between the audience and the series, she did what we wanted to say, she was our voice - that is why we all loved her. Sadly she got much less screen time towards the finale and her love life with Moses was severly cut short - when did they even begin? I feel slightly cheated on that part.
Fala Chen - Like Tavia she saw much less screen time towards the end, I found Fala to be genuine and a nice character, she was like the female version of Raymond. You can't fault them really but there isn't something you would pick out and say "that's what made them stand out".
Chow Chung - As I said before I find his acting to be no different from what his character is in real life.
Kate Tsui - Yes there is still the thing with the eye, and yes there is still some overacting which doesn't work in a series but she has done better, her character was severly nicened up towards the end to fit the storyline - I think a more screentime would have made it have more impact rather than out of the blue. In the end she was a good evil character but her character didn't get enough attention towards the end for us to remember her.
Louis Yuen - Didn't like him that much to be honest, no strong opinion about his acting either, his character could have been skipped and I would barely have realised.
Dexter Yeung - He still has a long way to go in terms of acting and he has been heavily promoted this year.
Mary Hon - love Mary Hon, though her character was annoying at start I found her portrayal a good one - you never need to worry when Mary's here!
Ha Yu - Compared to everyone else I don't love Jo Bao as much as people may think I should. I loved Bao Bao much more than Jo Bao. I just don't really get the same vibe! But it was good acting by Ha Yu and I commend him.
Michelle Yim - I thought her acting got better and better, I was slightly unsure whether I would put her as one of my front runners for best actress but towards the end I felt that she became the centre of attention really easily so I have to say she is one of my front runners.
Moses Chan - I'm slightly dissapointed that his relationship with Tavia wasn't developed more but they were a sweet couple and I would loved to have seen him get more screen time.
Linda Chung - She was definitely out shone by many of the other actresses in the show, compared to HOG she didn't have as much impact. She did improve towards the end I felt but I think it puts Linda back to earth - she still has a way to go if she wants the Best Actress crown.
Lee Heung Kam - LOVED HER!!!! Since she became the nice ma ma I loved her to bits, cute - stubborn - energetic - vibrant what else do you want. She was the grandmother we all wanted. I would die if she doesn't get some recommendation from TVB for her fantastic portrayal of her character.
Chris Lai - It seemed he had much less screen time compared to in HOG, however I found his character to be no more than a filler and it was difficult for Chris to breakthrough and show his skill.
Vincent Wan - I felt for a first time Vincent did Ok however I would much rather see someone else in his role.
Lei Seng Cheung - HATED HIM with a passion, he was probably the only character I ended up hating till the very end! His acting was good though.
Fung So Bor - Her character was a very interesting one, sad that the series muted her character whenever it was getting more interesting!
Bosco Wong - I found the relationship between him and Linda to be slightly pointless and actually kind of boring - I hated the Ju Geuk Geung thing; I'd cringe everytime I heard it. I think the writers tried to hard to get some everyday sayings or phrases that people would remember, I think they jam packed them into the series compared to the subtle use of them in HOG which made it much more memorable.
Wayne Lai - Sad he only had a few episodes screentime.
Astrid Chan - She didn't do as well as I'd hope but I loved her little fiascos with Moses and Tavia
Claire Yiu - I liked her character and her portrayal - for a 5 minute character she did well.
Tracy Ip and Carrie Lam - Why is Carrie the older sister of Tracy! Anyway it's sad that Carrie's screen time was drastically cut!

ANTM Episode 7
This weeks episode saw me put Analeigh back on top of the table. I loved her photo she was funny, in character and very modellesque and it was actually by far the best photo. McKey continued her strong run however she is still being barred from getting a Top photo. Whilst right at bottom was Lauren Brie for her awfully fake photo which left me flabberghasted at how she has dropped so quickly to the bottom. Elina was second to the bottom because of a lack of emotion. All in all it means Analeigh and McKey lead my Top photos award (awarded each weak to girls who place in the top quarter of my list).
With these scores added to the average my Top is now Analeigh pushing out Elina with a mere 1 point difference! I didn't think this time would come so early but Elina has just been less than impressive for the past weeks. McKey is third however she hasn't had a top photo as of yet. Sheena comes next and I know many people would disagree but in my opinion I don't think she's had a really bad photo compared to the group however she hasn't had a photo that has placed her on top either. Joslyn is next because of her strong start which has now become a weak wind whilst Samantha comes next. Lauren Brie amazingly dropped right to second bottom of the pack from a strong 4th because she's had more below average photos than above average ones. Whilst I still dislike Marjorie (photos wise) but I have to say this week she did really well - though looking slightly like a mannequin.
The moving averages are back! And i realised that Analeigh is my current favourite photos wise and deservedly so as her past three photos have all been called 2nd on the judges panel - go girl now she just needs the 1st! McKey is next whilst Sheena places 3rd. Joslyn has been the worst for the past 3 weeks which is a huge dissapointment whilst Marjorie comes next in line. Now that only 7 are left and supposedly there seems to be 6 going abroad (from what I've heard it may not be 5 which was originally expected) it seems that the competition is getting really difficult to predict. I really think that it's going to be Joslyn or Analeigh who go next but then I think that Analeigh has been doing so well recently makes me think twice. It therefore brings Sheena into the equation however I think Tyra likes her so she should be going further. Elina is also in the unsure list as she seems to be doing badly but the judges still seem to like her a lot. I'm sure that McKey, Samantha and Marjorie are abroad because they love all 3 of them however Samantha less so but I have a feeling Samantha will be staying for a while long. This brings me to the comment that the Jay's made. "The winner was obvious". It confuses me who that could be. Going through the list we have
Analeigh: She is doing well and the Jays did think she had potential and are giving her good critique nowadays and maybe the reason why we haven't seen any photos of her abroad is to shock people when she wins - I doubt it though!
McKey: She seems the most likely candidate and the more I think about it the more I seem to clue up to McKey, however her first week was awkward and would the Jay's have picked her at the very beginning? She obviously looks very modellesque but she seems to very much a runner up girl - I can't see her doing cover girl actually.
Sheena: The Jay's maybe talking about her personality if it was her, her ability to walk and talk! But the more I think about it the more I have doubts. She is going down in Paulina's books and it seems very few of the judges besides Tyra are routing for her!
Samantha: I really doubt it's Samantha. Before the makeover you wouldn't even have noticed her and then you have the added problem of the walk!
Elina: She is a strong contender for the Jay's favourite but then she seems very unstable and her personality is not what Tyra normally picks!
Marjorie: I doubt that she's the one cause she's so fragile and unlike ANTM.
Joslyn: I really don't think it wouldbe Joslyn because she seems to be losing it and the judges were only stunned when she shot not before the shot.
With these scores added to the average my Top is now Analeigh pushing out Elina with a mere 1 point difference! I didn't think this time would come so early but Elina has just been less than impressive for the past weeks. McKey is third however she hasn't had a top photo as of yet. 41st TVB ANNIVERSARY AWARDS!
It's finally that time of year, I am so excited! This time only ten are in each category - much easier for me to analyse but sadly less get into the list! Anyway I'll go from each category and say my opinion.
Best Actor
Kenneth Ma - Never watched Speech of Silence but I doubt if I watched it that he would make me change my mind on giving him the title!
Roger Kwok - I thought he was kind of awkward in D.I.E. actually.
Damien Lau - though Catch Me if you can is probs one of my Top 3 series of the year I thought it wasn't Damiens acting that made me think that.
Frankie Lam - I barely remember Fornsic Heroes II actually, I don't know - good but forgettable.
Michael Miu - never been a fan of his acting so even if i've not watched this series it wouldn't effect my opinion.
Ha Yu - Ok I was routing for Bao Bao but Joe Bao doesn't make the cut for me, he was good but not winner material.
Moses Chan - I think I like Dak Dak Dei acting more than Ah kar acting!
Raymond Lam - I don't know my heart wants to say I think he was the best but then I think he could have done better in areas.
Bobby Au Yeung - Sorry even a personal fan of Bobby and Sheren is thinking Your Class or Mine as slightly lame! His acting was ok.
Kevin Cheng - I will only be able to watch his series in late November but even if he performs great I will be the first one against him winning another Best Actor.
My Top 5 therefore go to:
Damien Lau, Frankie Lam, Ha Yu, Moses Chan, Raymond Lam (Kevin Cheng). I would give it to Raymond simply because I thought Moses wasn't the highlight of the show and I didn't like Ha Yu's acting at the start.
The real thing will definitely be between Ha Yu and Raymond Lam, I'm about 70% sure it's Raymond but it has been shifting because I think TVB may give him favourite character!
Best Actress
Liza Wang - She was good but I barely remember anything about War of In Laws - this year in terms of series have been quite distant to me.
Sonija Kwok - Sorry she improved but she shouldn't definitely not make the Top 5.
Linda Chung - She acted really well in here I thought much better than in Moonlight Resonance.
Nancy Sit - I thought she was a good character but her acting wasn't the draw of the show.
Charmaine Sheh - I think her acting here was actually one of the better parts of this series!
Kate Tsui - Didn't watch Speech of Silence but she should not be in the Top 10.
Louisa Lee - She did good in this series acting wise, I think she did better here than in Heart of Greed.
Susanna Kwan - I think her acting was very good here actually, last year she was good but needed some fine tweaking, this time she did really good.
Michelle Yim - personally I am a uber fan of Michelle but I thought she underperformed in this series, she can do sooooo much better! I actually think her performance in Brink of Law was stronger than in here. Her voice was loud but it didn't have that shouting effect which Susanna normally does. It was a good performance but I've seen her better.
Sheren Tang - I think her acting here is the only thing that is lifting the series up, and I had such high hopes for this series after watching the promo clip!
My Top 5 would be Linda Chung, Louisa Lee, Susanna Kwan, Michelle Yim, Sheren Tang (Charmaine Sheh). Charmaine is my alternative because I may come to hate any of the last 4's acting after watching the whole of the series! I actually don't know who I would give this award to from my Top 5. It really depends on the last week of MR which I am going to watch soon.
For this award I think it's between the three moonlight resonance actresses, however Susanna seems to have had less media response compared to the other two so I don't know really, it's difficult.
Best Supporting Actor
Tsui Wing: Haven't watched much of Best Selling Secrets but I wouldn't pick him.
Stephen Au: Don't think I would pick him for the win
Derek Kwok: I liked him but don't know
Wayne Lai: Currently watching but he's always a good Supporting (don't know about being a lead though!)
Paul Chun: From what I've seen of WMA I may pick him for my top 5.
Kenneth Ma: So evil how he's nominated for both! Anyway I wouldn't nominate him here
Johnson Lee: He'd be in my top 5 cause I thought he did well but not sure.
Chow Chong: I think his acting is just himself with lines!
Oscar Leung: He was much more real than the other supports here so maybe.
Lo Chung Him - No No No, hate his eyes! Those terrible stiff eyes!
I would pick Stephen Au, Derek Kwok, Wayne Lai, Paul Chun, Johnson Lee for my top 5 with Oscar Leung as an alternative. Whilst yet again I do not know who I would give the win 3 way between Derek/Wayne/Johnson maybe!
Best Supporting Actress
Joyce Tang: Liked her definitely in Top 5
Bernice Liu: If she didn't win it last year she cannot even dream about it this year!
Sharon Chan: For her 10 seconds of brillance when Johnson died I give her my support!
Nancy Wu: I loved the scene when she died it was so haunting! In my pick.
Claire Yiu: DIDN'T SEE IT
Krystal Tin: DIDN'T SEE IT
Tavia Yeung: I think it's near impossible she isn't the winner!
Fala Chen: She did well, but not a winner not again I think if she'd won it last year for this role it would be more deserving.
Kate Tsui: She did ok but has a lot of room for improvement.
Lee Heung Kam: Go Lee Heung Kam, I love Ma Ma! Hated her at the start but she became so adorable afterwards!
My Top 5 (oh so hard) Joyce Tang, Sharon Chan, Tavia Yeung, Fala Chen, Lee Heung Kam. I decided to cut out Nancy because her dying scene was the only thing I remembered in her role! I would give it to Tavia or Lee Heung Kam as they deserve it but Joyce, Sharon and Fala are also great and if they were nominated in last year for the same roles (though impossible) they would definitely have got my pick!
Wait hey I've just realised where the hell is Myolie Wu in any of this! She's therefore been missing for two years!
Favourite Character
Kenneth Ma: I liked his character actually.
Bosco Wong: Nope not in my favourite characters unlike last year with Dicey Business
Roger Kwok: No No No
Derek Kwok: Maybe, I liked him
Michael Tse: Please don't be joking!
Ha Yu: I don't actually love his character even when he turned to his senses!
Raymond Lam: Yep love the character Top 3 definitely.
Frankie Lam: erm haven't watched it no idea
Ron Ng: I know I won't like the character - a cold hearted muted guy basically!
Kevin Cheng: I ahve a feeling I may like his character - put on a maybe lol.
Top 5 Kenneth Ma, Derek Kwok, Raymond Lam, Kevin Cheng, Ha Yu
I will give it to Raymond Lam whilst second would go to Derek or Kenneth
I think this is where the loser between ha Yu and Raymond in Best Actor will win.
Favourite Female Character
and here we see Myolie!
Charmaine Sheh: Why is she nominated for this series!
Liza Wang: Didn't like the character that much actually
Myolie Wu: Probably would make my Top 5.
Kitty Yuen: Likeable but not top 5 material
Christine Ng: Go Christine definitely in my top 5 characters - she should be nominated for Best actress.
Kiki Sheung: Not really in my favourites
Louise Lee: I didn't like the character as much as last year actually but Louise's acting is better!
Susanna Kwan: I don't like the character one bit, I can't say I like the character when I think she was the most evil character in the beginning!
Fala Chen: I like her but I don't know.
Linda Chung: She should be nominated for A Journey Called Life.
Top 5 - Myolie Wu, Christine Ng, Louise Lee, Fala Chen, Linda Chung (awarding her even though it's for the wrong series though I'm sure her character would be loveable in this series anyway). I would give the award to Christine simply because she deserved an award for not being at least nominated in Best Actress!
Most Improved Male
Johnson Lee all the Way
Most Improved Female
Tavia Yeung has already won this award so I would never give it to her again - that's an insult! I would give it to Selena - she should be a future TVB queen! Though I think there is a possibility that Tavia may win this award!
Best Host
I choose Geng Seung Yat Chen Lau because I like the show!
Best Series Top 5
A Journey Called Life
Catch Me If You Can
Moonlight Resonance
then it gets difficult:
most actually are in my next section, ones that I haven't seen are
Best Selling Secrets (not an avid follower)
Marriage of an Inconvenience
Seventh Day
Tai Chi (part of)
Silver Chamber of Sorrows (part of)
Money Making Recipe (part of)
WOW that seems a lot! and it's only out of 24!
Best Non Series Show
Don't Know but I liked (look at TVB for numbers as I don't know or want to translate every one!)
1,2,9,10,11,17,19
Some I don't know or haven't watched.
So it looks like a Ha Yu, Raymond, Tavia year.

What we're left with
Ok watched ANTM episode 6, Clark didn't deserve to leave with this photo (don't understand why the judges hated it so much - it wasn't great but not disgusting!) but Clark just hasn't had enough good shots to keep her in. She's had one good shot and one fantastic shot but all the rest are average or below. Anyway before I get any further into becoming biased on who I like I just wanted to give my prediction of the winners etc after watching this episode.
Ok lets start with this weeks Top (which has been changing every week) Samantha. Personally I thought her shot was good, love the body and stuff her face was lighly dull but the photo fitted the theme perfectly. I personally don't think she'll win though - however I have had a change of heart with thinking she's definitely going to go soon - instead now I think there's a possibility but not sure. However her runway is a disaster so it's near impossible that she would win!
Analeigh's shot was good but when you start thinking of who may win she just never appears on my list! She has a great personality - my favourite contestant currently - has solid photos but she just doesn't seem to be capable of winning. A winner normally has that attitude and personality that Tyra wants but Analeigh just seems too tamed.
McKey is rounding up to be the runner up of this cycle. She seems controlled and modellesque and is doing great in call outs (the top shot elluding though). I think she's the perfect runner up because runner ups always do well but 1. seem to loose their spark in Tyra's eyes for the Cover Girl shoot and 2. seem to lack the personality. All in all it seems McKey is headed for 2nd place.
Elina's photo was Ok, I liked it but I could find a lot of improvements that need to be made. Also the more I think about it the more it seems Elina is losing that immortality she had at the beginning of the show. It's difficult this year as nobody has shown up to be a "bitchy" personality yet!
Marjorie's photo was not to my taste but it's so obvious Marjorie won't make the final 2. She doesn't have the confidence that will make Tyra choose her. I think she is likely going to loose out because the judges think she lacks confidence.
Lauren Brie's photo was average, whilst Lauren Brie seems to have fallen from her podium, it probably meas Tyra will eliminate her for not bringing anything new or for relying on "pretty".
Sheena had a great pose but her face was off. However I think she has the capability of making it to the final 2, unless she doesn't move to the top half of the pack by next week (we've had the low callout winner Whitney already - 5 season anniversary from Nicole). I think she'll do a Naima in the judges eyes. She'll do well in the final few shoots and if she gets to the final runway I think she'll be the star of he two finalists.
Joslyn is slowly falling down. I think it would be unlikely that she goes out before Top 5 because it means no black girls (not being racist but Tyra does need her pick of them). However I also don't think we're going to see an Analeigh-esque revival by her, I think she's lost her edge and now she's suffering.
Let's look back at previous results.
Winners
Adrianne, Yoanna, Eva, Naima, Nicole, Danielle, Caridee, Jaslene, Saleisha, Whitney
Runner Up
Shannon, Mercedes, Yaya, Kahlen, Nik, Joanie, Melrose, Natasha, Chantal, Anya
3rd
Elyse, Shandi, Amanda, Keenyah, Bre, Jade, Eugena, Renee, Jenah, Fatima
Ok I'm not going to 4th because it will get to complicated. But here we can see that 3,6,9 have all been won by African Americans (Naima being mixed) Then we have (1)2,4,8 being of mixed or latina heritage(not sure about Adrianne). 5,7,10 were won by people with American (maybe some European) heritage. Can you see that each winner has varying looks, stats etc than their predecessors. Therefore I highly doubt Samantha, Lauren Brie or Analeigh are potential winners. That leaves us with Elina, Joslyn, Marjorie, McKey and Sheena. It is most likely not a black girl so Joslyn is out. It is unlikely going to be Marjorie so my predictions for winner go to McKey, Elina or Sheena - Sheena because she's the first Asian to win, McKey because she looks nothing like Whitney and the judges seem to love her (remembering tha the Jays said the winner was obvious) and Elina because she can look very exotic.
For 2nd
Besides Natasha and maybe Shannon most 2nd's were strong contestants with the public and the judges so I think McKey is very likely a 2nd considering. Most had a problem the judges deemed impossible for them to win. Anya for her Russianness (judges still don't want a Russian winner so Elina has no chance) and her personality, Chantal for tripping someone over! Natasha for her Russianness! Melrose for her personality, Joanie for her personality, Nik for her personality, Kahlen for her personality!, Yaya for her personality! Basically runners up have a personality fault in the eyes of Tyra. So the two underlying symptoms of runner up fever is normally being a strong contender but losing on the personality - therefore McKey seems to fit perfectly.
I think I've ranted on for a bit too long but just to add on from what I've read and photos I've seen (yep we've all seen them) I think McKey, Sheena and Samantha may have made the final 3. It's near imposible for Marjorie, McKey or Samantha not to have made it as they all look to be on go sees or commercials in another country. If it truly is only 5 that make it to Amsterdam then I would guess Sheena also makes it. Firstl because Analeigh and Lauren Brie have no mention n possible finalists whatsoever. Whilst it seems to be Joslyn and Clark were trying to hide the other girls from being seen in the other photos. Whilst Elina has been an odd duckling and maybe she makes the final 5. It's difficult but one thing I really have a lot of confidence on is McKey getting to the final 3!
