ANTM Episode 5

Wow it's amazing that there are only 5 left and that another few weeks we will find ourself watching Amsterdam action! Anyway I think the contest is really strong currently and I actually thought nearly all the girls got good shots this week. I love the idea though and I think this year they've had some very good idea (least will probably be the voting one - too amateurish). Anyway this episode has hugely solidified the uprising of Lauren Brie! Queen Elina was sitting comfortably on her throne as top of the pack but now a new threat is in town.
Ok so now looking at this week, at the beginning I thought oh my god this episode is going to not feature Lauren Brie or McKey again in my opinion it is so that when they leave the viewers won't feel as bad cause currently they are two of the strongest contenders! To be honest I think the show has focused too much on the ones they are going to send home whilst the other girls are barely unseen. Let's put it this way if we edit out all the judgings I believe we only have about 5 minutes or less of Lauren Brie! But because her photos have been perfect she is staying in my keen eye! Anyway seeing the catwalks this is what I thought:
Elina was good but I hated that outfit, Analeigh was interesting, Samantha was AWFUL!, Sheena was great in my opinion, Clark was good but slightly weird, Lauren Brie was very different, Marjorie was so thin and unsteady, Joslyn did well, Hannah was so robotic, Isis was good and Mckey was ok.
Overall it's easy to see that Hannah and Samantha were by far the worst!
Ok now the photos, Lauren Brie was my favourite because it exuded so many emotions and looked so picture perfect. Clark was so close to taking the top and I was really surprised how good it was. McKey was third whilst at the bottom 2 were Isis and Marjorie (for looking like a pile of fierce body parts!).
Elina still has a comfortable lead from the fact that she started so well in the beginning and has not dropped out of the top bunch of photos every week. Joslyn is still second for me, she started off so well for me that only Elina was ahead of her but she has been sliding fast. Lauren Brie is third but is very close to Joslyn. She's just done so well the past two weeks but her previous ones were not as great therefore she is 3rd. Analeigh comes forth whilst McKey is fifth because she does so well but has not had that Knockout photo which has put her in on top. However the top 5 are so so close (disregarding Elina having a strong lead). Sheena then comes in at 6th, she is currently a dark horse for me as she has safely tucked herself in the mid pack for quite some time. Samantha is next whilst Clark is storming back into contention (even though she is still 8/9). and finally poor Marjorie is last basically because I have not seen a shot of her which I think would knock me over. And so therefore I would want Marjorie to go next, then Samantha and probably then Clark so that we have a extremely strong Top 6. Next week is going to be so interesting, questions like will Lauren Brie make it three in a row (top shots for me), will Elina keep her impeccable record, will Joslyn continue to fall, will Mckey rise to the challenge, will Sheena break the "in the Middle" mould, and obviously who will go next! In my opinion it can't be Lauren Brie, McKey or Sheena. Elina, Clark and Marjorie are quite safe from elimination. Joslyn should be Ok but I wouldn't put my money on her (however 5 black girls in a row leaving no black girls in the house would be extraordinary). So therefore I'm tipping Analeigh and Samantha. Samantha because she lacks the runway and seems to be declining and Analeigh because even though she has had one good week with the judges it's still not enough to save her from being a possible eliminee.
I also decided to do some moving averages of the scores (haha I'm such a geek!) if you don't know what they are check it up. Anyway I will be using the past three shots (and this will be relevant for each new week) to figure out my favourite currently photos wise. It turns out that Lauren Brie, McKey, Analeigh and Clark are in my top 5. The it's Sheena, Joslyn, Samantha, Marjorie and Isis. These should be a more accurate picture to who my favourites (photo wise) currently are. Whilst basically I like most of the contestants. To be honest if I had to pick who I least like it would be Clark purely based on Episode 2! Whilst Samantha maybe an ulternative because I like her least compared to the others.
For predictions I think the winner is Sheena - personality: check, liked by the judges: check, doing Ok currently: check, different: check. She seems to be the one for ANTM 11.
Finalist I think would be Elina or McKey: This week has shown us more and more of a flaw towards Elina and to be honest finalists never really receive this much attention! McKey is looking more and more like a potential finalist as she is doing great and we have seen so little personality since Episode 1.
To me I think Samantha will go soon for sure. Analeigh will probably go soon, whilst Clark may go soon (depends on next week).
The girl I think will be eliminated when they do a commercial is Lauren Brie or Majorie as I don't think Lauren Brie would win and if she keeps her fantastic shots going then where else would she be eliminated in and Marjorie because she is fragile!
