This Week

Well American Idol, America's Next Top Model and The Apprentice have all shown episodes this week - so what happened.
Well lets start with the biggest first - American Idol
Well Jason left this week and he deserved to go after two awful weeks. I was really worried whether he'll stay as he has a large fanbase. I am so happy Syesha is still here and I expected her to be here from the start - but not as difficult as it has been for her. I really do hope she could shock one of the Davids and get to the finals (however I'm not sure as the American public might hate her for that!)

Well ANTM is also in it's final week and I'm 2/3 correct in my prediction. I don't know maybe I was just too engrossed in the similarities of Dominique being like former 2nd Runner Ups that I forgot that the judges still had worries for her! Well Anyway now that it is the final 3 I am less and less sure of who will win. People may bet Anya but I just have my reservations for her.
Anya is loved by the judges and she is obviously been the most successful in the challenges and call outs however I don't remember a girl that has been like Anya that has gone on to win ANTM, lets remember Kahleen of Cycle 4 who was taken over by Naima, Nik of Cycle 5 who was beaten by Nicole, Joanie of cycle 6 who was beaten by Danielle (though I love Danielle), Melrose of cycle 7 who was beaten by Caridee, Chantal of Season 9 who was beaten by Saleisha. All of these previous signs show that Anya has a strong likelihood of coming second on top of the fact that the judges seem to have more negatives to say about her now, her presences is dimishing in front of the judges and I have seen photos of her after ANTM makes me doubt whether Anya could win this, however Anya has got the most impressive call out ratio and if she goes on to win she'll be the most successful girl in terms of call out order in history - even beating Joanie Cycle 6!
Fatima is my favourite but with Dominique gone I'm really worried she'll be shoved into third as like I've said before 3rd place is normally reserved for the so called "bitches of the show" or people who don't communicate well - being Jade, Renee, Jenah. However Fatima has got the judges on her side as they always say that Fatima's shot look Covergirl. However I don't know whether they think Fatima has the attitude to work for Covergirl as they say she is a bit snobbish.
Whitney is a big question mark, the judges obviously love her as she has escaped elimination three times now but will that be her downfall in the final. The major question mark is her being plus sized. Will ANTM really let a plus size win especially when Whitney has had so many other flaws pinpointed by the judges. I'm not sure ANTM allows fakeness and that is what they see in Whitney. However with both Fatima and Anya seemingly having the odds against them it is amazing to say Whitney may have the edge.
This cycle each girl seems to have major setbacks which make them un ANTM winner like. Anya doesn't have the presence and I've got huge doubts on whether she is the winner, Fatima is the snobbish girl who I haven't seen win before including all her fiascos she is at a disadvantage, Whitney is deemed fake, pageanty and a plus size model who has escaped elimination three times!

This is hard to predict but my instinct says Whitney will be third, Anya second and Fatima will win (I just hope I don't fall flat on my face).
I just like to add last weeks shoot were awful, no girl impressed me or made me laugh at their shoots. It was just not up to standard!

Now for The Apprentice (UK)
I felt really happy when Lee won the task as currently my favourites are Lee and Raef, Lee for his passion and work hard play hard attitude and Raef for his likeability factor (except for the first two episodes). However a win comes with a fall. I was hoping the inevitable would not happen and that was the firing of Jennifer.
Let me talk about the task. I was shocked by Jennifer's weak leadership skills and overall weakness - it seemed she had lossed the will to stay here I felt dissapointed in her. Anyway Claire was yet again annoying and all talk and no action. Alex was hard to find fault as he wasn't to vocal except for his sales pitches. He's just trying to coax himself away from getting fired. I felt shocked when Jenny and Michael tried to bribe the shopkeeper to not string the racquets for the other team and the stupidity of the Kosher business - both were to blame. However Michael took that one step further by lying about his heritage (or at least I thought so) trying to suck up to Sir Alan, i officially hate him more than Claire. In the end I was annoyed by the fact that he was saved for a poor reason by Sir Alan which he'll come to regret, I think he was slightly sexist here because I felt Michael was as bad as Jenny here though at least Jenny used her wits rather than obviously sucking up to Sir Alan. I felt Michael should have definitely gone and maybe Jennifer as the second person (though I understand that Jenny last week was enough to get her fired this week by Sir Alan).
This is my order of who I like (Do you see I obviously like Lee's team more!)
Lee
Raef
Sara
Lucinda
Helene
Alex
Claire
Michael

Anyway I think this year is weak compared to the recent years and nobody really strikes out as a possible apprentice. Helene needs to start being more active in the tasks as we barely see her.
Lucinda and Sara are riding along the nice contestants boat which never fail to get at least in the middle table of my rankings whilst Alex is quickly falling down the drain with every episode. I do hope Michael goes next week as he is irritating.
